Climbing area Bitschji

  • start: Bitschji
  • destination: Bitschji

The climbing area was discovered by chance by Mario and Adrian Trapletti and developed between 1989 and 1991. It is located in a wooded valley and the rocks are rough, textured rock. The climbing area offers varied, mostly athletic climbing on ledges.

It is an ideal summer climbing area because the fir forest and the north-west orientation of the rocks ensure pleasantly cool temperatures.
