You look across the entire Simplon area and the gigantic Ganter bridge. At Schmidmatte, you return to a wider forest road. After the ascent to Fleschboden, you are rewarded with a wonderful view over the entire Rhone valley. Then you easily hike down over Saflischmatte back to Rosswald.
