Chalet Avista was newly constructed in 2014 near the toboggan run. The holiday apartments are located on the ground floor (for 4 people) and the attic level (for 6 people). The interior design is very modern and luxurious and offers all the amenities you would need. The apartment is also located close to a cable car that you can use anytime. The village is situated on a sunny ridge in a beautiful setting. It makes a good base for hiking the surrounding mountains. The hiking trails start right by the chalet. The little village has a grocery and several restaurants, so there is no need to make an extra trip down to the valley. If you arrive at the village by car, there is a parking fee of about CHF 35.00 per week. When you make your way up here, you will discover a true sense of tranquillity, surrounded by majestic mountain scenery in the great outdoors, with a view of Simplon.
