Ski touring

What a joy…

... making the first tracks in the fresh snow, feeling the cool air when you’re on the move and enjoying the view at the end.

The Brig-Simplon region has a suitable challenge for every touring enthusiast. The Rothwald area is captivating thanks to its open larch forest, as well as its view of the Rhone Valley and the Bernese Alps. And then there’s the Simplon Pass, a cut above the rest with its vastness and variety of tours at different levels of difficulty. A clear advantage of the ski touring areas is their easy access. You can start your tour in the snow directly from the ‘Nationalstrasse’ road or from your accommodation.

What are you waiting for? Put on your touring skis and off you go!
