As from 2023, the St. Ursula Guest house is a place of integration and exchange for tourists, migrants and the local population. The charming historic building remains a hotel and the adjacent building is a centre of collective accommodation for asylum seekers and refugees.
Living between the castle and the monastery
The guesthouse St. Ursula is in a quiet location in the historic Old Town of Brig. It offers beautiful views of the Stockalper Castle and the monastery as well as the surrounding mountains. The personally managed house has free Wi-Fi, a beautiful large garden, dining room and functionally furnished single and double rooms with shower / WC or shared bathroom.
The central location is an ideal starting point for excursions in the hiking and winter sports destinations in the region, such as Zermatt, Saas-Fee, Aletsch.
