- We recommend our homemade Valais Cholera. An ancient recipe from the Valais mountains, with the finest potatoes from our own garden, leeks, Valais cheese and apple. Garnished with a soup of the day or a salad.
- Our classics invite you to discover them: homemade Birchermüesli, Quarkbecher, fruit salad or house granola. In addition, we offer an alternating daily selection of fresh, homemade cakes, tarts and pastries.
