SBB counter

The SBB counter is located in the station building: turn left after the entrance and then walk straight ahead, where the counter can then be found on the right-hand side. Here you can get information on train tickets, timetables and similar.


MGB

The staff of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn will help you with questions regarding the Glacier Express, Furka car transport and similar.

Public transport: Brig railway station is a central transport hub in the Upper Valais. It is connected to several rail networks: the SBB with national and international connections, the BLS towards Bern, and the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (MGB) with trains to Zermatt, Andermatt, and Disentis. The famous Glacier Express also stops in Brig.

The bus station is located directly next to the train station, from where regional and local bus connections run in all directions – for example, to Goms, Visp, the Simplon region, or Italy (Domodossola). This makes Brig easily accessible by train and bus.

How to get there: If you are traveling by car, you can park in the “Parkhaus Bahnhof” parking garage.
