The chapel in Glimmuschir on the Rosswald was built in 1971 and consecrated in 1972. It is dedicated to the Mother of God.
The plans were drawn by the architect Raoul Bayard. The two large painted windows are impressive. The designs for the windows were provided by the painter Anton Mutter. They were painted by the Theo Imboden studio.

Public transport: The bus stop “Ried-Brig, Talstation LRR” is located in the immediate vicinity of the valley station. The Glimmuschiir chapel is located right next to the Rosswald mountain station. From Brig train station, you can reach the Glimmuschir chapel within 40 minutes.
