You can reach the Tabagieshop on foot from Brig station in 8-10 minutes. Walk up Bahnhofstrasse, turn right in front of the Hotel Stockalperhof and cross the Saltina bridge.
From there, walk straight ahead. Opposite the "Müller" is the tobacconist. By car it takes about 4 minutes to get to the tobacconist.
