From the “Berisal” bus stop, you hike slightly uphill in an easterly direction. After crossing the stream, the path climbs steadily up to the Bortelhütte. Once you reach the hut, it is worth taking the ascent to the lake under your feet. On the descent, we recommend taking a break on the terrace of the Bortelhütte to enjoy the view.
