Directions
The hike begins above Simplon Dorf at the Simplon Dorf, Eggen post bus stop. The Chrummbacheri bisse is located at the hamlet of Egga. After crossing the national road over the bridge, turn right. Follow the asphalt road for a few meters and turn right again. After a short descent, you reach the water pipe, which you now follow.
After about one kilometer, there is a short section on the road. Continue walking attentively and shortly afterwards climb back up to the left to the water pipe. Follow this path until you reach d'Heji. Once in Heji, it is worth making a detour to the Bleikenkapelle chapel. Then follow the Hejistrasse back to Simplon Dorf.
