Starting in Brig, the Brigerberg Loop leads via the communities of Termen and Ried-Brig, where sweeping views over the Rhone Valley await, back to the Alpine town of Brig.

Starting from the train station in Brig, the Brigerberg Loop first leads through Bahnhofstrasse and on to Burgschaft. Then the ascent follows Hofjistrasse eastwards to the Biela. From the Biela, the trail continues to Termen. Along the Basweri, the trail has reached its climax and a descent follows via Ried-Brig to Lingwurm. The last stage leads along the new Simplon road, from where the town of Brig already comes into view.
