Mountain Agriculture Experience Route Termen

The village of Termen lies on a sunny plateau above Brig. The starting point of the experience route at the Sennereiplatz can be reached from Brig either by post bus or after a one-hour hike over the Biela. 33 panels with pictures and texts provide information about the peculiarities of Valais mountain agriculture. You will learn a lot of interesting facts about the Valais Black-Necked Goat, the Valais Black-Nosed Sheep, wild and honey bees, alpacas, traditional irrigation methods, the different meadow types, and much more. On the way back, you walk past the Achera Biela nature trail back to Brig.
