The hike starts in Simplon Dorf. The tour follows the Stockalperweg to Egga. On the other side of the national road and past the water basin, the tour follows the road towards Guggina. From the first hairpin bend, follow the side road towards Simplon Dorf until the end of the road. The path is mostly flat through the sparse forest. The view of Simplon Dorf changes constantly during the tour, but it is always worth a short breather. From Üsseru Täl, the trail follows the road down to Simplon Dorf.
