Long and varied ski tour, which is only feasible in very good conditions. The ascent to the Bodmer Glacier is very steep and exposed.
Ascent
Simplon Dorf - From Simplon Dorf to Bodme (1,836 m), then ascend the hollows and slopes to the right in the direction of the Bodmer Glacier. We continue over the glacier, bypassing the middle crevasse zone and then reaching the gap (3,018 m) that opens up at the foot of the east ridge of the Fletschhorn. Either over the northwest flank or the easy ridge up to the summit.
Descent
Simplon Dorf - Like ascent. At 2600 m you can leave the glacier and cross the moraine to the right.
