Programme and information
On the first day you start in Simplon-Hospiz at 10.00 am. Then you will hike with the pack animals along the route Simplon-Hospitz to Simplon-Dorf (12km route). At around 17:00 you ll arrive in Simplon-Dorf, where you will also spend the night.
After a rested night, the next day you will hike over the Furrgi pass (1,870 metres above sea level). Once over the pass, you head towards Zwischbergen. Overnight stay: at the Hotel Stockalperturm Gondo
On the third day, you tackle the Monscera pass. On the fourth day, the chestnut woods stage, you will continue to Domodossola, where you will also spend the night.
At the end of the fifth day, there will be a stroll through the popular weekly market in Domodossola, followed by your individual return journey.
