This small church is dedicated to Saint Rita of Castia.
It was built in the 18th century. A devout woman from the Saas Valley donated a large wooden statue for the chapel of St. Rita in the Biela. In August 1983, a total overhaul was begun, as the chapel had been quite badly damaged. Externally, the chapel has hardly changed for 100 years. Inside, the narrow choir and the prayer room were separated by a grey wooden grille. At the front was an old image of St Laurence, barely recognisable due to the damp. The chapel is still often a place of quiet contemplation.
