The architect was Ludwig Bezencenet from Lausanne. It was renovated by the heirs in 1961. The three towers are called: Love, Faith, Hope, but are only decorative. There is a clothes store on the north side of the first floor and the Couronne restaurant on the south side, which formerly housed the Briger Bank. The upper floors are used as residential and business premises.
