The architect was Ludwig Bezencenet from Lausanne. In 1961, it was renovated by his heirs. The three towers are called: Love, Faith, Hope, but have only decorative significance. On the north side on the ground floor is a clothes shop, on the south side the Couronne restaurant, formerly home to the Briger Bank. The upper floors are used as residential and business premises.
