The direct marketer Schaukäserei Rhone AG produces and markets its cheese specialities from around 850,000 litres of silage-free milk annually. The natural product milk comes from seven regional milk producers, 70% of which are full-time farms. Six of the suppliers have their farms on the Briger and Natischerberg and one from the Mattertal.
