The hike starts in the Zwischberg valley, Bord. The ascent towards Furggu follows the Stockalperweg. The route is very well signposted and you follow the brown signs «Stockalperweg».
Arriving at Furggu, turn right towards Seehorn. The hiking trail is very well marked. You ascend through the Seehaltu forest to the Seetole. Here is a small lake. Now the southwest flank of the Seehorn is clearly visible. With the goal in sight, you hike towards the Seehorn. The hike is also manageable for those not free of vertigo. At the summit of the Seehorn you find large meadows. Anyone with vertigo should simply avoid stepping too close to the edge.
At the top, you find the transmission mast with a helicopter landing pad. Majestically, the Seehorn towers over the deep Gondo Gorge at 2439 meters above sea level. The view is overwhelming. The Zwischberg valley, Laggin valley, Gondo Gorge, Alpjen, Simplon Village, and many other hamlets can be discovered.
