The start is at the tourist office Brig. We continue along the Überlandstrasse into Glismatte to the orientation school of the region. At the English Greetings Chapel turn left into Wierystrasse, which takes you past a number of historic buildings. Finally you arrive at the village square and see the impressive pilgrimage church of Glis with the small Josefskapelle next door. To make a small detour to the Hischier Weine, continue westwards along Zwingartenstrasse. Back at the village square you reach the old part of the village via the cemetery. Turn left at the fountain and walk across the school square through Poststrasse to the cheese dairy. Afterwards you walk along the old church path to the Capuchins and finish your tour on the Saltina square.
