The hike starts at Rosswald and leads through the chalets towards the Gantertal. There is an initial descent before you continue relatively flat downhill on a forest road. The path runs above the hamlet of Stückiegga and continues protected by the forest to Ried-Brig.

By private vehicle or post bus to the valley station in Ried-Brig and then by cable car to Rosswald.
Parking is available at the valley station in Ried-Brig.
Take the post bus to the valley station of the Rosswald lifts in Ried-Brig and then the cable car up to Rosswald.
