From the post bus stop Rothwald, Schutzhaus hike towards Wasenalp and on to "Wintrigmatta". The path continues on the right. In about 100 meters you turn right to get to the Swiss family fireplace. After a break, continue hiking. It is worth taking the short detour to Wasmerseeli under your legs. Via "Bärufalla" you hike below the "Chastelegga" ski lift up to the Mäderlicka restaurant (only open in winter). You follow the hiking trail through the Jochtwald down to the starting point.
