The Valais Panorama Bike (VPB) is spread over four stages. It starts in the picturesque Conches valley, nestled between the three great alpine passes of Furka, Grimsel, and Nufenen. From the Grimsel Pass, you will take historic trails through the Conches valley with its fascinating landscapes and culture, passing through the little-known Rappental valley to Bellwald. There, the most playful trails in Switzerland await you at the heart of the Bellwald bike park. Then, a 280-meter-long suspension bridge forms the gateway to the Binntal Nature Park, which amazes you with its wild nature and living mountain village traditions. The last stage, the queen stage, will take you through the legendary Saflisch Pass before reaching the small town of Brig, where the imposing Stockalper Castle crowns your adventure.

Directions
From Oberwald, take the post bus to the Grimsel Pass. Various trails lead you through the valley to Ulrichen, where your climb to Moosmatte begins. Once at the top, a singletrail descends towards the Rhône. After a few kilometers on wide secondary roads, you reach your first destination, Reckingen. The second day takes you along wide paths and secondary roads to Ernen, via Biel, Steinhaus, and Mühlebach. Climb towards the Frid alp, then take a secluded singletrail in the Rappetal valley, switch sides of the valley, and pedal on a dream singletrail to Mühlebach. A spectacular suspension bridge leads to the other side, then continue to the cable car that takes you to Bellwald. The next day, take the chairlift up to Richinen and reach Fürgangen by using the playful trails of the Bellwald bike park and the singletrails through the forests. On the way back, you will cross the suspension bridge and descend into the Twingi Gorge to the Binntal and the small village of Binn. The final stage begins with a pleasant climb in the Lengtal valley. A magical singletrail climbs to the Saflisch Pass and descends to the other side to Rosswald. A loop via Schmidmatte and Schallberg allows you to reach the lower station of the Rosswald cable car. The last part of the route runs on secondary roads towards your final destination, the alpine town of Brig.
