Walk barefoot & eat mindfully

Take off your shoes, feel the ground and connect with nature. What sounds so simple is no longer a matter of course these days. In this outdoor course, you will rediscover your feet and learn how you can support your health by walking barefoot. You will also learn how nature can help you to eat in a balanced and mindful way.

This workshop is for you if you:
  • enjoy being outdoors
  • want to rediscover nature and your feet
  • are interested in the topic of food & wellbeing
  • want to learn how to walk & eat mindfully
Inputs:
  • getting to know your natural walking style
  • the influence of your feet on your health
  • a healthy foot as the basis for a pain-free life
  • basic principles for mindful and intuitive eating
  • changing eating behaviour through intuition
  • nature as a model for your well-being
