An attractive hike along the sunny back of the Alpe Rosswald towards the valley station in Ried-Brig. The hiking trail leads you to the hamlet of Resti and further down to the Schallberg. Here you turn into the Stockalperweg, the historic mule track of Kaspar Stockalper. After about 30 minutes turn right towards the valley station of the Rosswald cable cars.

In the restaurant Waldesrand near the valley station of the Rosswald cable car you will not only find (probably the best) cheese slices, but also fine cordon bleus.
Take the cable car to Rosswald.
Parking spaces are available.
You can easily reach Rosswald by post bus from Brig railway station. Then take the cable car.
