In Blitzingen, one of the longest natural Kneipp paths in Switzerland brings body and soul in harmony. Enjoy the soothing water in the great outdoors and kneipp yourself healthy! You walk through meadows, walk barefoot through cold mountain streams, practice sawing logs and learn about natural remedies. For the very brave there is the ice-cold shower under the waterfall or the refreshing bath in the mountain stream.

The Kneippweg starts from the car park at the fork in the Furkastrasse towards Chaschtebiel. Then follow the road and cross the tunnel at the avalanche dam. From there, follow the Kneippweg past the hamlets of Wilere and Ammern to the highest point of the tour. From there, follow the hiking trail back to the mountain village of Blitzingen.

By car to Blitzingen.
At the junction in Blitzingen towards Chaschtebiel, there is a public car park.
By train to Blitzingen station. With the MGB train from Brig in 56 minutes attainable. Reachable by MGB train from Göschenen in 1hour and 26 minutes. Trains run every hour.
