Regional quality products in a friendly atmosphere, that is the motto of the Molinari Sempione restaurant and its manager Fabian Molinari, passionate manager at the helm.
When we decided to buy the house "Clemenz" from 1715 in 2015, we envisioned a restaurant project where we could delight the taste buds of hikers and tourists passing through. As owners of a butcher's shop in Brig, we can offer our own specialities to our customers, such as truffle-flavoured ham, coppa with nettle, dried meat with lemon balm and many other succulent meat and sausage products. As a specialist in meat drying, we have developed our own range and supply several corporate restaurants, including Rolex's.

By car to Simplon Dorf - parking is available at the school.
From there it is a 5-minute walk to the restaurant on the village square.
