The Vitaparcous in Ried-Brig offers a mix of different exercises which promote endurance, agility, skill and strength. The trail is designed so that you can jog back to the starting point and add another round. The route offers ascending and descending passages that need to be overwhelmed.

You can take the post bus to Ried-Brig LRR. The Vitaparcours Ried-Brig starts just a few metres from the bus stop.
